Present petition has been filed with a prayer for quashing the first information report dated 19.3.2025 registered as Case Crime No.63 of 2025, under sections 64(1), 352, 351(3) BNS- 2023, at Police Station Haldaur, District Bijnor. 3. On the other hand, learned AGA on the instructions states that in the instant matter police report/Chargesheet is already submitted to the Competent Court on 11.5.2025, as such, no cause of action survives. Even otherwise the chargesheet is not under challenge and accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 4. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners state that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not p
