Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 16.9.2023 registered as Case Crime no.485/2023, under sections 420, 409 of IPC, at Police Station Dhoomanganj, District Prayagraj. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
