Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the FIR dated 11.03.2025, registered as Case Crime No.170 of 2025, under Sections 308(5), 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station- Nandgram, District- City (Commissionerate Ghaziabad), need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 20.04.2025. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3.
