Learned counsel for the petitioner has not turned up even in the revised call. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 14.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 252 of 2024 under Section 87 of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Auchha, District Mainpuri. 3. Mr. P.K. Jaiswal, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State- respondents, on instructions, submits that during investigation complicity of petitioners in the present case were not found and, accordingly, final report has already been forwarded to the competent court and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
