Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 14.01.2025 being Case Crime No.17 of 2025 under Section 9/25 Arms Act, P.S. Gola, Distt. Gorakhpur. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that in the instant matter chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioner on 27.01.2025 and as such no indulgence is required in the instant matter. Moreso, the chargesheet is also not under challenge. 4. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition.
