The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 28.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0457 of 2024, under sections 85, 115(2), 351(3) & 352 of BNS-2023 and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, at Police Station Ghughali, District Mahrajganj and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. On the other hand, learned AGA on the instructions states that in the instant matter police report/Chargesheet is already submitted to the Competent Court on 11.12.2024, as such, no cause of action survives. Even otherwise the chargesheet is not under challenge and accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.
