Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 03.02.2025 being Case Crime No.110 of 2025 under Section 316 (5) BNS, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, Banda and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the impugned FIR has also been assailed by the co-accused by preferring Writ Petition No.3899 of 2025 (Ranjeet Singh & Ors. v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
