This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned first information report dated 09.10.2024 registered as Case Crime No.510 of 2024, under Sections 352 & 351 (3) of BNS, 2023, Police Station Line Bazar, District Jaunpur and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3.
