The present writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 30.01.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0049 of 2025 under Section 87, 61 (2) BNS, P.S. Kotwali, Distt. Azamgarh. A further prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in connection with the aforementioned FIR. 3. It has been stated that the impugned FIR has been lodged totally on false allegations just to harass the petitioner. The petitioner has no role in the instant matter.
