Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and Shri Neeraj Singh, learned counsel for the informant. 2. Prayer made in the writ petition is to quash the First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No.795 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 352, 115(2), 109, 351(3) BNS 2023 and Section 3(1)(m), 3(1)(n), 3(2) SC and ST Act, Police Station- Gulahriya, District-Gorakhpur. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, states that in the instant matter police report/Chargesheet is already submitted to the Competent Court on 26.10.2024, as such, no cause of action survives. Even otherwise the chargesheet is not under challenge and accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.
