The petitioners, by means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 13.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.84 of 2025 under Section 85, 115(2), 74, 352, 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Firozabad North, District-Firozabad. 3. The matter was taken up on 04.03.2025 and a coordinate Bench of this Court had proceeded to refer the matter to the Mediation Centre. 4. The Registrar (Mediation)/Incharge, AHCMCC has submitted a report on 09.05.2025 with caption "The parties not will for the Mediation." 5. We have the occasion to peruse the record.
