The prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report dated 11.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.15 of 2025 under Section 69, 89, 351(2), 316(2), 318(4) BNS 2023, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Agra, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that the investigation has already concluded with the submission of the charge-sheet against petitioner and that petitioner has been exonerated. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 2. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail the remedy as available in law. (Anil Kumar-X,J.) (
