By means of this petition, petitioner has prayed for certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 08.04.2025, lodged as F.I.R./Case Crime No.0183 of 2025 under Sections 85, 115(2), 75(2), 351(2), BNS., 2023 and SEction 3/4 D.P. Act, at Police Station Thakurganj, District Lucknow. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are willing to settle the matter through mediation and to show their bona fide, the petitioner no.1 has placed before this Court a bank draft of Rs.35,000/- drawn in favour of opposite party no.4 has been prepared.
