The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 15.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0576 of 2024 under Section 498A, 406, 506, 270 of IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, at Police Station Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned A.G.A.-I submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been forwarded to the competent court on 25.3.2025 and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
