Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 13.12.2024, registered as Case Crime no.0339 of 2024, under sections 376, 354, 509, 313, 498A, 323, 5045, 505 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mau, District Chitrakoot. 4. It is informed by learned counsel for the parties that in the instant matter the charge-sheet has been submitted in the competent court on 9.2.2025 and cognizance has also taken by the court below on 11.2.2025.
