The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 15.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0550 of 2024 under Section 80 (2) of B.N.S.-2023, at Police Station Noida Sector 24, District Commissionerate Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been submitted before the competent court and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Considering the categorical statement of learned A.G.A., we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter.
