The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 12.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.214 of 2024, under sections 191(2), 352, 115(2), 351(2), 333 BNS-2023, at Police Station Shivrajpur, District Kanpur and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. On the other hand, learned AGA on the instructions states that in the instant matter police report/Chargesheet is already submitted to the Competent Court on 3.1.2025, as such, no cause of action survives. Even otherwise the chargesheet is not under challenge and accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.
