The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 5.9.2023 registered as Case Crime No.189 of 2023 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC, at Police Station Rakabganj, District Agra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been submitted before the competent court and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
