Budaun and for a direction to respondents not to take coercive action against the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners has produced the order dated 29.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.7677 of 2025 (Smt. Neha & Anr. v. State of U.P. & Ors.). The said writ petition was filed by the main accused.
