Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No. 106 of 2024 under Section 103 B.N.S. 2023, Police Station Kotwali, District Prayagraj. 3. While entertaining the present writ petition, Co-ordinate Bench of this had taken note that the instant first information report has been lodged way back on 29.09.2024, however the police is not investigating the matter in fair and impartial manner and the investigation is being done in a lackadaisical manner and, accordingly, two weeks' time was granted to learned A.G.A. to file counter affidavit bringing on record as to what steps were taken for ensuring fair investigation. 4.
