Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 15.5.2025, registered as Case Crime no. 277 of 2025, under sections 87 of BNS, 2023, P.S. Chandpur, District Bijnor. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been submitted on 22.5.2025 and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Needless to say, in case the petitioners are aggrieved with the submission of final report, it is always open to them to agitate before the appropriate forum. 5.
