Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Gorakhpur to decide the application dated 10.2.2025 moved by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already made a detailed representation to the Respondent No.2, namely, District Magistrate, Gorakhpur on 10.2.2025, which is pending consideration. 4. Learned AGA very fairly that in case any such representation is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously. 5. In view of the above, on consent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally
