Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for informant and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition is preferred under Article 226 of Constitution of India assailing the legality and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 12.5.2025 registered as Case Crime No.321 of 2025, under Sections 74, 85, 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2) of BNS and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 3/4 of Muslim Women ( Protection of Rights on Marriage Act), 2019, at Police Station Tajganj, District Agra. Further request is made to issue a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned FIR is lodged on false allegations, and no offences are made out against the petitio
