At the very outset, Sri G.P.Singh, learned AGA-I states that in the instant case, during investigation complicity of the petitioner was found and accordingly, charge-sheet has been forwarded to the competent court on 9.4.2025. 2. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed leaving it open for the petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings as per B.N.S.S. 2023. 3. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid leave. 4.
