In pith and substance, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0232 of 2025 under Section 117 (2) & 352 BNS, P.s. Naini, Distt. Prayagraj and for a further direction to respondents to preserve CCTV footage of Police Station, Naini and provide the same to the petitioner. 3. It is contended that the petitioner is practicing Advocate of the High Court. The impugned FIR has been lodged against the police officials also. As such, it is alleged that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. An apprehension has been shown by the petitioner that e
