The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the First Information Report dated 02.02.2025, registered as Case Crime No.25 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 352, 191(2), 309(4), 125, B.N.S., Police Station Sindhaura, District Varanasi. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners stats that he does not wish to press the instant matter and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
