Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No. 04 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238 BNS, 2023, P.S. Ghatampur, District- Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4. Learned AGA on instruction submits that Section 103(1) and Section 238 of BNS has been deleted and Section 108 of BNS and Section 3(2)5 of SC/ST Act has been added. He submits that in the said proceeding the charge sheet was submitted against Juvenile Mayank Shukla and Juvenile Siddhi Awasthi on 4.3.2025 and investigation is still ongoing on against Vinita, Kasif Rizwan and unknown person. 5.
