The instant writ petition has been preferred with following prayer:- "(a) Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 25.04.2025, passed by Senior Superintendent of Police, Gorakhpur, directing to Station House Officer, Police Station Cantt. District Gorakhpur for further investigation after taking permission and record from the Court under section 173(8) of Cr.P.C. in first information report bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0409 of 2025, under sections 417, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120-B, IPC, lodged by Smt. Akansha Paswan, Naib Tehsildar Pipraich, District Gorakhpur, against the petitioner, in Police Station Cantt. District Gorakhpur. "(b) Issue a suitabl
