Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 10.5.2025 registered as Case Crime No.252 of 2025, under sections 3, 5A, 8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Section 4 and 5 of Explosive Substance Act, and Section 109(1) of BNS Act, at Police Station Handia, District Prayagraj and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
