The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 17.05.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0231 of 2025, under Section 87 BNS, P.S. Katra, Distt. Shahjahanpur and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. It is contended that the impugned FIR has been lodged totally on false allegations just to harass the petitioners.
