The present writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 15.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 202 of 2025, under Sections 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.) at Police Station Handia, District Prayagraj. A further prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in connection with the aforementioned FIR. 3.
