Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the respondent no.3 to lodge FIR against respondent no. 4 in the complaint letter dated 6.5.2025, P.S. Kotwali, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already made a compliant to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Kanpur Nagar on 6.5.2025, which is pending consideration. 4.
