The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 1.5.2025 being Case Crime No.91 of 2025 under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 115 (2), 109, 351 (2), 352 BNS, P.S. Dankaur, Distt. Gautambudh Nagar qua the petitioner and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. After substantial arguments, once we declined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, liberty may be accorded to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available in law. 4.
