Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. 2. The petitioners, by means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 12.05.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 286 of 2025 under Section 69 of BNS, P.S. Sahwar, Distt. Kasganj and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. It is contended that the impugned FIR has been lodged totally on false allegations just to harass the petitioner. However, it is submitted that there is still ample chance of settlement by way of mediation and as such the matter may be referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. 4. Issue notice to the opposite party no.3, returnable at an early date. Steps m
