Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report 18.02.2025 in Case Crime No. 0049 of 2025 under sections 354, 504, 506, 376 1.P.C. and Section 67-A of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 Police Station Buxa, District Jaunpur, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 20.05.2025. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 4.
