This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "I) Issue a writ of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to proceed with the investigation of F.I.R.dated 05.10.2024 registered as case crime no. 184/2024 U/S- 191(2), 333, 76, 110, 115(2),352,351 (2) B.N.S. P.S- Kareli, District- Nagar (Commissionarate Prayagraj) under his supervision." 3. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4. Learned AGA, on the other hand, states that such aspects shall be examined by the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police, at the first instance. 5.
