The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 1.5.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0138 of 2025, under Section 87 of BNS-2023, at Police Station Ghoorpur, District Prayagraj. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute giving rise to the FIR stands amicably resolved between the parties.
