Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 5.4.2025, registered as Case Crime No.211 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 105 BNS, 2023, Police Station Chaubepur, District Varanasi and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been submitted and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Needless to say, in case the petitioners are aggrieved with the submission of final report, it is always open to them to agitate before the appropriat
