In pith and substance, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0164 of 2025 under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 115 (2), 352, 351 (2) and 109 BNS, P.S. Dadri, Distt. Greater Noida (Commissionerate Gautam Budh Nagar). 3. It is alleged that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. An apprehension has been shown by the petitioner that either the police is protecting the accused or is not interested to take any action against them. Learned counsel has prayed for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4.
