The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 29.4.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0141 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 of the Uttar Pradesh Gangster and Antisocial Activities ( Prevention ) Act, 1986, at Police Station Hari Parwat, District Agra. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3.
