(Respondent no. 1) and Senior Superintendent of Police Budaun, District Budaun to take cognizance upon the post mortem report dated 19.3.2025 conducted by the doctors regarding correctness of the post mortem report of deceased in connection with FIR No. 67 of 2025, P.S. Jarifnagar, District Budaun for free and fair investigation. 3. Learned A.G.A. has raised an objection qua maintainability of the instant writ petition. 4. Considering the factual situation and the relief as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, we find no such relief can be accorded to the petitioner in the instant matter.
