Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State respondent. 2. Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the respondent nos.2 and 3 to take necessary action so that missing Shalini Chaudhary may trace out. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already made a detailed representation to the Superintendent of Police, Basti on 8.5.2025, which is pending consideration. 4. Learned AGA very fairly that in case any such representation is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously. 5. In view of the above, on consent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally asking the petitioner to move a fresh representation
