The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioner has challenged the legality, propriety, and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 12.5.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 133 of 2025, under Section 318(2), 316(2), 61(2), 351(3), 352 of the BNS, 2023, at Police Station Bithoor, District Kanpur Nagar.
