Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 9.4.2025 registered as Case Crime no. 99/2025, under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 115(2), 333, 74, 109, 326(g), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station- Jaswant Nagar, District Etawah. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
