Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 18.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0206 of 2025, Under Section 409 of IPC, Police Station- Banna Devi, District- Aligarh. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report as the petitioners are not named in the impugned FIR and the writ petition is premature, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4.
