This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no. 2 & 3 Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate Ghaziabad District Ghaziabad & Station House Officer, Police Station Kavi Nagar District Ghaziabad to lodge a First Information Report and investigate the case and not to remove the stair of my house and close my entry of the house." 3. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4. Learned AGA, on the other hand, states that such aspects shall be got examined by the concerned Deputy Police Commissiner, at the first instance. 5.
