The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 19.03.2025 being Case Crime No.106 of 2025 under Sections 316 (2), 82 (1), 352, 351 (4) & 61 (2) BNS, P.S. Mahua Kheda, Distt. Aligarh and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner s pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that in the instant matter chargesheet has been submitted against some of the petitioners and some of the petitioners have been exonerated. As such, no indulgence is required in the instant matter. Moreso, the chargesheet is also not under challenge. 4.
