This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to ensure the free and fair investigation of the case in pursuance of first information report dated 19.01.2025 registered as Crime No. 18 of 2025, 11/5/23 Under Section 419, 420, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Saidpur, District Ghazipur in the time bound manner and also ensure the arrest of the named accused persons during the investigation." 3.
