Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 30.6.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0017 of 2024, under sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 of IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, at Police Station Mahila Thana, District Budaun and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. On the other hand, learned AGA on the instructions states that in the instant matter police report/Chargesheet is already submitted to the Competent Court on 13.5.2025, as such, no cause of action survives. Even otherwise the charge-sheet is not under challenge and accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 4. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners state that
