The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 10.05.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0180 of 2025 under Sections 2/3 of The Uttar Pradesh Gangsters & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 at Police Station Khatauli, District Muzaffar Nagar and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. The impugned FIR has been lodged under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters Act, which is aimed at curbing organized crime and activities detrimental to public order.
